💡 Tip: Avoid applying tattoos to areas with a lot of movement (like hands), and let the tattoo set for a few minutes before touching it.

How Long Do Temporary Tattoos Last?

On average, temporary tattoos last between 3 and 5 days. Some can last up to a week if you avoid friction, chlorinated water, and moisturizing products.

How to Make a Temporary Tattoo Last Longer

  1. Avoid applying lotion, sunscreen, or oils on or near the tattoo.

  2. Don’t rub the area when washing.

  3. Optional: a light spray of hairspray can help make it last longer.

How to Remove a Temporary Tattoo

  1. Saturate the tattoo with baby oil, massage oil, or rubbing alcohol.

  2. Wait for about 30 seconds.

  3. Gently rub with a cotton pad or washcloth.

  4. Repeat if needed.

💡 Tip: You can also use mild soap and warm water, but it may take a little longer.

Caution

1. Do not apply to sensitive skin or near the eyes.
2. Do not apply temporary tattoos immediately after applying sunscreen or body lotion... The temporary tattoo will not stay on well.
