Delivery time for the holiday season
To receive your order in time for Christmas you must order before certain dates depending on the delivery type chosen.
We typically process your orders within 1-3 business days. During busy times, such as the holiday season, this delay can be up to 5 working days. We do everything we can to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible, because customer satisfaction is our priority.
Here are the different delivery options available. You must select the delivery option of your choice, from the options offered to you, when completing your order.
We offer FREE shipping on most of our items. However, free shipping is not available for orders containing creative materials. This shipment is made by regular mail with stamp by Canada Post. There is no tracking number available for this option. It is the traffic of the post office, the weather and the statutory holidays that influence the delivery time.
The fee for this option is 12,50$. This shipment is done through Canada Post services with a tracking number. This delivery is FREE with any purchase of 75$ or more. You must select this option during your shopping.
The fee for the Purolator option is 20$. This option is the fastest type of delivery option we offer.

The Delivery will be done within 1 to 5 business days from the date your order is processed and you have selected the delivery service. For this option, you must choose "CANADA POST 3-5 business days Delivery with Tracking " or "PUROLATOR EXPRESS 1-3 business day". Your order will be processed within a period of 1-3 business days.

It is not possible to track orders sent through regular envelope post. Only orders made by selecting "CANADA POST tracking number 3-5 business days" or "PUROLATOR EXPRESS 1-3 business days" delivery services can be tracked
