Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return conditions
Returned products must be:
- unused
- in their original condition, except in the case of a defective product or an order error
How to request a return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@picotatoo.com with the subject line:
Product Return
In your email, please include:
-the reason for the return
- a clear photo, if applicable (e.g. defective temporary tattoo)
Our team will then confirm the return procedure and provide the return address.
Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds or exchanges
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with either:
- a refund, or
- an exchange, according to your preference
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
Refunds will appear on your account within 3–4 business days, depending on your financial institution.
